Intercity Delivers A Ferrari To Colorado
Transport from Florida to Virginia
Dear Dave,
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Intercity lines for the first time. We bought a specialty street rod in Florida and had it shipped to Virginia.
Everyone we had dealings with at the administrative level (Jim, Brandy, and Nicki) were top notch and we were made to feel like family. However, when drivers Gary and Paula Morrison arrived yesterday morning, they just blew us away – we wanted to keep them!
Interstate Lines has created such a pleasant experience for us, we just had to write and say thanks.

We completed our relocation yesterday and I just wanted to tell you how pleased I was with Intercity and particularly with our driving team of Randy and Michelle (and on the pick-up, Virgil). I know I don’t have the most valuable or “concours-ready” vehicles you transport , but no one would know that watching Randy, Michelle and Virgil load and unload them. Randy and Michelle were great to work with – always helpful and always cheerful, and totally unfazed by some of the issues we had yesterday dealing with the extreme cold.
I also wanted to thank you for helping set this up and for being so easy to work with. I’ve heard great things about your company and my experience only proved many times over what I’d heard from others. I’d be happy to recommend Intercity to anyone, and of course will only use your company if I need to transport a vehicle again. I hope you can convey my thoughts to whoever you feel appropriate, and many thanks again for all your help,

Our driver, Todd, is the only person we've met who is as meticulous and careful with cars as we are with ours. He not only handled our car with kid gloves, he also employed the same level of care with the cars that had to be unloaded and reloaded during our delivery. We are business people with a demanding schedule and so Todd's professionalism during transit and drop off made this a smooth and pleasant team effort. At delivery, Todd was pleasant both in appearance and manner; this was crucial because this was not just another delivery… we purchased this car as a memorial to my parents and our children are very emotional about all of this, so you can imagine how pleased my wife and I are that Todd provided an experience for our children, that was completely in line with this important and memorable family event. Truly a priceless experience.

350Z Roadster Transport

What a coincidence, I was just getting ready to email Intercity Lines with feedback. First let me tell you about my last experience with auto transport. About four years ago I had a 67 Buick Grand Sport shipped from the West Coast on an open car carrier. I had heard all of the horror stories but still took my chances and did it anyway. My Buick finally arrived with frame damage from being picked up by a fork lift. So as you can imagine we were not looking forward to another bad experience with an open car carrier from one of the thousand cowboy gypsy brokers who harass you until they kidnap your car for however long they need to keep it.
Then my son went on line and asked for a referral from “Six Speed on Line” and they said there was only one company to call and that was Intercity Lines. Paula and Gary were so easy to work with. They were on time, professional, very friendly and let me video the entire delivery. They made what could have been a very stressful event into a very easy and fun afternoon for my entire family. One more thing…. what a nice truck!!!!!!
I am a licensed Auto Appraiser and supervise 18 other Auto Appraisers so there are times I’m asked to refer an auto transport company. In the past I would cringe and tell of my bad experience. Now I can recommend Intercity Lines with confidence. Thank you and please thank Paula and Gary again for doing such a fine job in delivering my son’s 350Z Roadster in perfect condition. I’m happy to say this was money well spent.

I've used the services of Intercity Lines for almost 18 years. I've always found everyone I've dealt with to be courteous and true professionals and do their utmost to care for the vehicles they are entrusted with.
In this particular case, I once again relied on Intercity Lines to transport a recent acquisition from the Chicago area to California.
The Driver, Paul Roling handled this with the ease and integrity I've come to know and truly appreciate.
